47% profit in 13 months, Amitabh Bachchan is now earning a lot of money from property also

Amitabh Bachchan had bought these flats in the year 2012 for Rs 8.12 crore. In this way, in the last 13 years he has made a bumper profit of about 47%. Both these flats were on the 47th floor of Oberoi Exclusive Building in Goregaon East.

Asha Ishwar Shukla bought the first flat for Rs 6 crore. Stamp duty of Rs 30 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 was imposed on it. This deal was registered on 31 October 2025. Whereas, the second flat was bought by Mamta Surajdev Shukla for the same price, which was registered on 1 November 2025. Four car parking spaces were also included with both the flats.

Duplex was sold in January also

This is not the first time that Amitabh Bachchan has sold property. In January 2025, he sold his duplex apartment in ‘The Atlantis’ building in Andheri for Rs 83 crore, which had a carpet area of ​​5,185 square feet. Amitabh and Abhishek are very active in the real estate market. In 2024, Abhishek Bachchan bought six flats in Oberoi Sky City Project in Borivali for Rs 15.42 crore. In the same year, Amitabh and Abhishek together bought 10 flats in Oberoi Eternia Project in Mulund West, the total price of which was Rs 24.94 crore. Recently, three pieces of land have also been acquired in Alibaug, which are worth Rs 6.59 crore.

Only last month, Amitabh Bachchan had purchased three pieces of land in Alibaug. Alibaug is a coastal area near Mumbai, which is a famous holiday destination. These three pieces of land totaled 9,557 square feet. Their price was Rs 6.59 crore. These pieces of land are part of ‘A Alibaug’ Phase-2 project. It is being made by House of Abhinandan Lodha.
