Explorers have discovered a 4500 years old temple in Egypt. This temple was built on the banks of the Nile River. Sun God was worshiped in this temple. The style of construction of the temple and its unique style has started discussion around the world.

The remains of this temple have been found in Abu Ghurab, 14 kilometers away from Cairo, Egypt. It is eight kilometers away from the Nile River. The remains of this temple have been found for one thousand square kilometers. The most important thing is that Sun God was worshiped in this temple. There he is known as God Ra. According to Egyptian mythology, God Ra is called the Father of all creation. According to the information available so far, the temple was built at the behest of Pharaoh Nyuserre Ini. He ruled Egypt from 2420 to 2389 BC.

Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said that many things have been found in the remains of the temple structure. In this, a calendar was found on the wall, in which there was an account of all the religious programs of that time. Apart from this, art was seen on the walls of the temple. This relic is being seen as the largest temple of the area. Apart from this, many utensils were also found in the excavation which were ceramic. This temple was first discovered by a German archaeologist in 1901. But it could not be excavated. Actually, the level of groundwater in the area was quite high. Due to this the excavation work was disrupted.
Evidence gradually emerged
After this, the temple was gradually excavated from 2024 and more than half of the remains were found. The original entrance of the temple was found in this excavation. Also many types of slabs and doors were found. Parts of the walls and the designs engraved on them were also recovered. Massimiliano Nazzalo, the chief archaeologist of this excavation, told that the roof of this temple was used for many types of astronomical observations. Now everyone is busy finding the remaining secrets of this temple.
