It is mandatory for those whose Aadhaar is created on or before October 1, 2024, to link PAN-Aadhaar by December 31, 2025. In many states like UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, the last date for ration card e-KYC has been fixed as December. In case of not getting e-KYC done on time, receipt of ration may stop from January 2026. Therefore, keep the documents of every family member ready and go to the nearest center to get e-KYC done.
The government has extended the application date for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, which provides assistance up to ₹ 2.5 lakh for building a house, to December 31. Interested candidates can apply online by keeping Aadhaar, income certificate and residence certificate ready. It is unlikely that we will get this opportunity again.
