Not only cold, cough and other diseases occur, along with this, joint pain also starts in elderly people. It is necessary to take special care of the body in winter.
Joint pain during winter is no longer limited only to the elderly, but is also increasing rapidly among the youth. As the weather becomes cold, bone weakness becomes a major reason for this. To keep bones strong, it is important to include foods rich in calcium and vitamin D in your daily diet.
A special home remedy can provide great relief during the cold season, which is known as Gondpak. If two to three spoons of it are eaten daily in winter, bone pain starts reducing and problems like migraine and insomnia also get relief. Children, youth, elderly and pregnant women can also consume it safely.

To make delicious Gondpak at home, some special ingredients are required, which can be easily prepared by purchasing them from the market. This includes. Like makhana, gum, pure ghee, dry fruits like cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts, dry coconut (gadi), cardamom powder, dry ginger, white chilli powder, jaggery and milk. With all these things you can prepare excellent and nutritious Gondpak. Let us know the easy method of making it at home.
To make this, first grind the gum a little coarsely in the mixer. Now heat the pan and add makhana to it and fry for 2-3 minutes till it becomes crisp. Take them out and keep them separately in a vessel. Now add ghee in the pan. As soon as the ghee becomes hot, reduce the flame and add ground gum and fry for some time on low flame till it turns golden.
Gum gives tremendous strength to the body in cold weather. First of all, lightly fry the gum, then add milk to it and cook for so long that the milk starts thickening. While the milk is cooking, grind your favorite dry fruits coarsely. Prepare it by mixing both, it will be nutritious and full of energy.
After this, grind walnuts, almonds and cashews into dry fruits coarsely. Then add makhana to it and grind it coarsely again. Now let the milk boil well and when it becomes slightly thick, add this dry-fruit mixture to it and keep frying it continuously on low flame. After this add grated dry coconut and fry some more on low flame.
Just fry all these ingredients at the end and let the gondpak become slightly thick and dark in color, then add jaggery to it to increase the sweet taste. If desired, you can also add ground dates. Keep stirring till the jaggery dissolves, then add dry ginger, white chilli and cardamom powder and fry for some more time. Your nutritious gondpak is ready. It can be filled in a glass jar and eaten throughout the winter season for both taste and health.
