UP RERA Projects: UP RERA approved 16 new real estate projects in 9 districts including Lucknow, in which there will be an investment of Rs 3,200 crore. Six projects get green signal in Lucknow, which will develop 1,406 units and provide new options to buyers.
Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 16 new real estate projects in nine districts of the state. The total estimated investment in these projects will be Rs 3,200.16 crore. This information was given in the official statement released on Monday.
These projects were flagged off in the 190th meeting held at UP RERA headquarters under the chairmanship of Authority Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy. Senior officials of the authority were present in the meeting. According to officials, the highest number of approved projects and investments are related to Lucknow district. A total of 3,845 residential, commercial and mixed-use units will be constructed in the state through these projects. This is expected to give new impetus to the real estate sector and new options will be available to buyers.
Lucknow has got the maximum share in the UP RERA meeting. Here 6 new real estate projects were approved, in which the total estimated investment will be Rs 2,154.69 crore. These projects will develop 1,406 units, which will include residential projects, mixed-use projects.
And commercial projects are included. This initiative of UP RERA is being considered an important step towards transparency and protecting the interests of buyers. This will further increase the confidence of investors in the real estate sector in the state.
