Sulforaphane is found in broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage, which helps in removing harmful estrogen-byproducts from the body and preventing tumor growth. Eat them lightly cooked or raw, 3-4 times a week.
soya and pulses
Soybeans and pulses contain isoflavones, which act like mild estrogen and keep hormones balanced. Consuming soy products 2–3 times a week can reduce the risk of breast cancer by 30%.
